I doubt that this is impossible

I got the exit switch in this demo but died. But, it's pretty damn tough; I'd recommend removing those two vertical thwumps that climb upwards from below the exit switch.

The thwumps get back to their original positions way too fast and don't leave enough time/space to get the switch in the meantime.
