This thinking is totally wrong-headed.

2/5 doesn't mean it was sniped, first of all. Secondly, and most importantly, what the map is rated does not affect the quality of the map. Would this map be better if it were rated 4? You're robbing people of the chance to play your map because you can't take that some people might not like it.
