In 2010 im_bad_at_n led the “Race_Week” project. 7 races were released one day at a time, and at the end of the week the author of each race was revealed. Being a foremost expert in race maps*, I knew exactly who made each one the moment I saw the thumbnail. Each one, that is, except Sun's Day.

This race was so brilliantly creative, so intricately and flawlessly woven that I mistook it for the works of not just one, but 3 of the greatest race mappers of all time*.

I'm the only reviewer that features races

Over the last 5 years or I think i've seen less than 10 races featured by other reviewers. So when I decided to take up reviewing it was with the inspiration to feature races and bring my favourite genre back into the spotlight.

However, due to the lack of consistent reviews from other reviewers now, even I must grudgingly acknowledge that one race map per week is probably a lot.

As such I have started featuring maps of other genres on fridays too, to keep it interesting. If you do have any feedback or suggestions please feel free to comment on one of my maps :)

Haven't there been enough races featured?

Once you've seen one amazing race, you've basically seen them all. Unless it has some unique concept, which this doesn't.

At first I had this labelled as yungerkid. Then I learned that yungerkid had saturday, so I changed my mind to rit. Then rit released his race (which was so obviously his it was untrue) so I changed my mind again and thought that this was riobe. Boy am I surprised - this passes all of your previous races' standards by so far it's amazing.
