There is definitely some interesting stuff going on here. I liked the beginning, actually---it was creative---and the rocket was well-placed. It went down from there though. Criticisms:
--Avoid vertical wall-jump areas only one tile in height! I can't say this enough.
--The thwump was really, really unflowy. Making the ninja stop or even significantly slow down is always a bad idea. And then, having to simply walk off of the thwump---as opposed to being propelled somehow---only made things worse. If there's anything worse than stopping, it's having to start yourself up again.
--Try to use more creative flow ideas. Loops are trivial.
--Sorry, but this race was butt ugly. Put more time into aesthetics, and look at other, quality races to get a feel for what looks good and what doesn't.
And, like always, play the racepack [forum.therealn.com]!

Faster.
I see how you tried to do some new things, but the thwump elevator didn't feel very flowy and the beginning was annoying...
Try to work a bit on your tileset, too, it looks messy :/...
You made already some races which had pretty good flow ("Shorty RazZzes" or whatever :P), try to improve them and don't lose yourself in new (in my opinion) unflowy ideas (this and the last "Evening Race")... New flow ideas are always something good, but you've to be careful if they're also flowy enough and not too annoying (that was my problem in my earlier races xD)...
