If you are using N v1.4
Copy the map data, press ~ or | to get to the level editor, paste the map data in the top box, press L to load the map, then 1 to start recording your demo, and P to play the map.
Or, copy the map data, look for the file userlevels.txt and paste the map data somewhere among the rest of the text. (Ideally at the very end) Save the file as userlevels.txt, then look for the level in the userlevels menu in N.
Or... you can download NReality (v6c2) [nrealitypages.googlepages.com], go into userlevels, type the number you see in the url box in the box at the top of the userlevles, and then click load numa map.
Finally, click the map title to play. (this applies to both)
