Description | This is my first submitted map. There are several paths to beat it, some are quick some aren't, some have gold others don't, no-gold is medium-easy, all-gold is medium-hard-ish...
Will post a demo if asked. Oh, And, if you rate it low do please tell me why. I'd also like to know why you rate it high. In other words if you rate, please comment. |

NICE FIRST MAP!

Fastest AGD
(1) Decent map. It has a lot of small flaws but it's still pretty fun. 3/5
The flaws I see are:
- The tileset's a little annoying in places, like the flat wall next to the start (which encourages the rocket to follow you) and getting from the switch to the gauss/gold area.
- The rocket on the exit. The obvious reason is because it becomes invisible (even if you don't intend it to), but I also found it to be bland/annoying as the last obstacle (where it teams up with the gauss)
- The tunnel that allows the rocket to see you in the gauss/gold room. To me, that room is all about the gauss. The rocket shouldn't butt in.
- It's fine that the rocket in the nook only kills you on flukes, because otherwise that obstacle would be very annoying (since there's no room to maneuver in that little cavern).
- The bounceblocks need just a tiny bit of tweaking, IMO.
(2) As I'm sure you've learned since July, deds can be given by anyone to anyone for any reason.
(3) Why did bobaganuesh randomly put my name in a sentence? And what are the odds I'd stumble upon it more than a month later?

Agree with Templex, try to use some c-snapping for the gold Nexx time. Guass in the top-left was questionable

Yes
C snap over Z snap, unless you are being VERY precise. Z snap can get a messy appearence if you don't take your time. The only instances I myself use it is for curves. Also, maybe an occaisonal gold clump that C snap can't provide.

it doesnt matter that one rocket
doesnt do anything. it was good that the gold room was difficult, because thats what it is. gold, its supposed to be hard to get to.

The rocket doesn't do anything. Make sure you testplay your maps a few times before you submit it to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Very nicely done for your first map. I'm impressed. I didn't really like the bounceblocks, and the tileset was kinda ugly IMO. Still the gameplay was flawless excluding the bounceblocks. Keep it up!!

especially for a first map. keep making maps like this.
strengths: good tileset, fast-paced, and simplistic while still being fun.
weaknesses: the gausses in the corners of the map seemed superfluous, and the part with the rocket was hard.

Pretty good
For a noob. ;) jk.
Anyway I liked the simplicity and the bottom left area. The top right has some problems. The rocket didnt do anything to me and the gold room was too hard.
