Congrats

on being the first person to use a background image with the color invert blendmode. I was wondering how long it would take for such a map to get made.

When I went to bed last night,

this map had 14 votes and was the highest rated map on numa. This morning I checked and it wasn't in the top 1000.
It helped me to realize just how arbitrary voting is and how insignificant those hundredths of a ninja really are. Going through those 1000 maps I saw things I'd never heard of, and maps from my first days on numa, before I even had an account. I just want to say, congratulations on creating such a ruch and varied repository and thanks to everyone who got me that perfect five for just a day; it was wonderful.

to complain, but the image is annoying and I can't seem to pick out the close calls with all this negitivity going on, but the actual DDA is pretty nice.
I just like it as the DDA, not the image. 4

Also if you just got it,

I think nreality and nv1.4 use the same shockwave files, so you might have to delete your old one for it to work, though I really don't know.

Did you press 1?

after you load it and before you play it? I'm quite sure it works. With n and nreality there is a slight margin of randomness but as far as I know that goes away when you record a demo by pressing 1. Maybe there's a little randomness anyway. Try reloading it if you still care.

The color inversion

is something I stole from evil_bob. He used it in his map esrevni and I just used the sam file. It works because png supports some coding instead of just having a bitmap, which is the same reason you can have tranparency, but I don't actually know how to do it.

Nreality

is a fan program that uses the same coding as n, but adds new funtionality like the ability to change drone speed, to have background and foreground images, or as in this case to make the tileset shoot the ninja around the screen helter skelter dodging rockets and bullets and streams of mechanical fire.
