Normal doors and some mines at the bottom were unnecessary, otherwise it was some good gold placement and restriction of movement.3.5/5, keep working on it.

Good level, simple and open, good for a set of levels. I assume that being the first it is supposed to be easy.

The trap doors are kind of unnecessary though...it is easier to just get the key first then go to the top.
