Your bro is a n00b

This is awesome

Thanks

i dont know all of the trap door tricks, i know some thwumps but thats it, im better at making races, but i guess i have to get better at this too anyway.

pretty good

It was nice. I enjoy DDAs especially after using my energy to play no some super hard levels. yeah its pretty good. But i would have to say a 4/5!
Check out some of my DDAs and you might come about some ideas.

Yeah

usually the KRA prefix does mean that you need the rocket alive to win, but that only happens in levels where you control the ninja. DDA's just keep it alive while the ninja reaches his goal (i.e. it's regarded as a challenge to use lots of tiles and trapdoors.)

.

Also dont put things like trapdoors just to trap enemies. Use other methods of propulsion than jump pads. Delete items you dont need to make the map not lag. And make enemies more aggresive like Ryzor said.

And this isnt a KRADDA since he doesnt need to keep the rocket alive to win, but dont get it as an offense, I may be incorrect
at least for a first. its not extremely n00bish, just a little. i didnt submit my first DDA b/c i knew the standard comments like Ryzor gave. i worked on a portion of a DDA for weeks, and im not sure if ill ever finish it, but the key is to minimize wait, have a variety of enemies, and to minimize excess objects. Tilesets are nice in DDAs, so u did a pretty good job to that extent. Clifty has a DDA tutorial in the forums u mite want to check out
that's keep rocket alive DDA. Its pretty good for your first, but I do have some reccomendations. Use different propulsion methods, like trapdoors, thwumps, and bounceblocks rather than primarily jump-pads. Secondly, omit a few items. While a wall of mines is ominous, all you really need is one to make a good close call. And on the topic of close calls, you need more of them. The rocket didnt pose much of a threat, it just kind of followed you around, like a puppy. You need to turn that puppy into a snarling rottweiler. And also, make it faster. It was pretty dull at times. 2.5/5, you have potential.
